Walking around the left bank of Mariupol, just behind the Azov Steel Factory, we came across this map.
(Presumably) drawn by a chid it depicts a dog house, a school, a park… As well as tanks and rockets exploding; conflict, weaponry and check points making their way into children’s cartographies. Whereas the city of Mariupol was under the DPR’s control for barely a month, the shelling in the surrounding area has been constant, and the military presence heavy.
