It’s very warm here.  A continental climate really shows… Last few weeks a temperature between 28 and 35 degrees happened pretty often. But that’s not the only reason why ‘the city is hot’.

Urbanism is really a hot topic these days in Ukraine. There are several lectures and exhibitions dealing with this subject of the city. A new education on urban studies will start mid September. I was interviewed by a an architecture magazine about how I look at the profession of urban design. And an architecture office that I will visit next Friday has a new specialism in urban planning. More and more the docus is on the city. I should try to apply for a job here.

But why is urban design so booming? I am going on a research. Will be back.
