I am in the Netherlands for a few meetings on other projects. Now it’s late evening and I am skipping through the pictures I made of Mariupol. They are both beautiful and sad.

The buildings are often really badly maintained. The care for porches, elevators, stairs and the building as a whole. Residents primarily worry about the interior of the apartments. They probably never heard of a ‘owners association’.
In one apartment, located right on the main wind direction, they must been gone mad on the amount of heating costs. They just adjusted some isolation panels on the outside of there wall. A worker sits on small shelf, carried by two cables hanging down from the roof. He is working on plastering away the isolation panels. That will be nice and warm this coming winter.
